2024 SHELL ROTELLA® SUPERRIGS TRUCK CONTEST

INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2024 Shell Rotella® SuperRigs Truck Contest (“Contest”) is open only to eligible individuals who: (i) are legal residents of and currently residing in one of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “US”) and Canada (excluding Quebec), (ii) are the age of majority in their state/province/territory of legal residence at time of registration, (iii) own or operate a Working Truck (which may or may not be in service), a Specialized Working Truck, a Working Show Truck or a Non-Working Show Truck as set forth below, (iv) are a MyMilesMatter member and (v) hold a current and valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (“CDL”) and Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (each “Eligible Participant”; collectively “Eligible Participants”). To qualify as a Working Truck, Specialized Working Truck, Working Show Truck or Non-Working Show Truck owner or operator, an Eligible Participant must provide Sponsor and/or its authorized representative with their vehicle identification number (“VIN”), valid Class A CDL number and proof of original government-issued vehicle registration card (or duplicate of original) and ensure that their vehicle is only operated by a CDL licensed driver during the entire term of the Contest. If an individual is not a MyMilesMatter member, they may become a member by registering at www.mymilesmatter.com in the US or www.mymilesmatter.ca in Canada. There is no cost to become a member. MyMilesMatter by Shell Rotella® (the “Program”) is subject to full terms and conditions. A “Working Truck” is defined as a class 8 truck of any year, make and model that meets minimum US Department of Transportation (“DOT”)/Transport Canada requirements for its type, is registered and insured as a commercial vehicle in the owner/operator’s state/province/territory of legal residence and meets the minimum mileage requirement as set forth below. If an Eligible Participant wishes to enter in the Working Truck Category (as defined in Section 3), then they must meet one (1) of the following criteria: (a) show that they have logged a minimum of 85,000 miles/136,794.24 kilometers annually for the past twelve (12) months on the truck being entered in the Contest, or (b) provide documentation that shows that the truck had averaged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.40 kilometers per month over a 6-month period prior to being taken out of service for customization (out of service time cannot exceed six (6) months prior to competing in the Contest) or (c) show that they have logged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.40 kilometers per month for a minimum of six (6) months since completing the customization of their truck and can provide documentation that shows that the truck had averaged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.40 kilometers per month over a 6-month period prior to being taken out of service for customization. To qualify for the Classic Division (as defined in Section 3), the Working Truck must be at least fifteen (15) years of age or older.

A “Specialized Working Truck” is defined as a class 8 truck of any year, make and model that meets minimum US DOT/Transport Canada requirements for its type, is registered and insured as a commercial vehicle in the owner/operator’s state/province/territory of legal residence, however, does not meet the minimum mileage requirement to qualify for the Working Truck Category. To enter in the Specialized Working Truck Category (as defined in Section 3), the Eligible Participant must show that the driver has operated the truck in a manner that is consistent with hard work (3-5 days per week / 8+ hours per day), 2 however, due to the circumstances associated with their routes/loads, is unable to meet the minimum mileage requirement to qualify for the Working Truck Category.

A “Working Show Truck” is defined as a class 8 truck of any year, make and model that meets minimum US DOT/Transport Canada requirements for its type, is registered and insured as a commercial vehicle in the owner/operator’s state/province/territory of legal residence, however, does not meet the minimum mileage requirement to qualify for the Working Truck Category. To enter in the Working Show Truck Category (as defined in Section 3), the Eligible Participant must meet one (1) of the following criteria: (a) provide documentation that shows that the truck had averaged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.4 kilometers per month over a 2-month period prior to being taken out of service for customization (out of service time cannot exceed two (2) months prior to competing in the Contest) or (b) show that they have logged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.4 kilometers per month for a minimum of two (2) months since completing the customization of their truck and can provide documentation that shows that their truck had averaged at least 6,250 miles/10,058.4 kilometers per month over a 2-month period prior to be being taken out of service for customization.

Sponsor reserves the right to request a copy of an Electronic Control Module (“ECM”) report to verify Working Truck, Specialized Working Truck and Working Show Truck eligibility.

A “Non-Working Show Truck” is defined as a class 8 truck of any year, make and model that meets minimum US DOT/Transport Canada requirements for its type, is registered and insured as a commercial vehicle in the owner/operator’s state/province/territory of legal residence, however, does not meet the minimum mileage requirements to qualify for the Working Truck, Specialized Working Truck, or Working Show Truck Categories.

Employees of Pennzoil-Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS Products and Shell Canada Products (collectively, "Sponsor") and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, participating advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, including but not limited to those entities involved in the preparation of materials for, administration and/or execution of this Contest (collectively, "Contest Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents including step-relations) and/or those living in the same household of such employees (whether or not related) are ineligible.

Potential winners are subject to determination of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized representative before any Prizes (as defined in Section 4) will be awarded. This Contest is subject to all applicable, federal, state/provincial/territorial and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited. By entering in the Contest (each a “Contestant”; collectively “Contestants”) and accepting a Prize, all Contestants and Prize Winners (as defined in Section 7) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its authorized representative, which are final and binding in all matters concerning this Contest. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. REGISTRATION PERIOD/PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD SUBMISSION PERIOD/JUDGING PERIOD/VOTING PERIOD: The “Registration Period” starts at 8:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on February 29, 2024 and ends at 4:00 PM CT on May 31, 2024. The “People’s Choice Award Submission Period” starts at 8:00 AM CT on February 29, 2024 and ends at 4:00 PM CT on May 15, 2024. The “Judging Period” takes place during Judging Hours (as defined in Section 5) on May 30, 2024 – June 1, 2024, starting at 7:30 AM CT on May 30, 2024 and ending at 11:00 AM CT on June 1, 2024. The “Voting Period” starts at 8:00 AM CT on May 3 16, 2024 and ends at 4:00 PM CT on May 31, 2024. Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device of this Contest.

3. HOW TO REGISTER FOR IN-PERSON JUDGING: To register your vehicle in the Truck Categories, Specialty Categories and Steve Sturgess Award (as defined below) for in-person judging, during the Registration Period, using your smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access the registration website by entering https://super-rigs.mymilesmatter.com/truck-registration in your web browser and answer the question of whether or not you are a MyMilesMatter member. If the Contestant is a MyMilesMatter member, then they will be required to enter their login credentials. To complete registration, each Contestant must provide the following information on the registration website: select the Judging Category (as defined below) that you wish to participate in from the drop-down menu; check the box(es) for the Specialty Category(ies) (as defined below) that you wish to participate in (optional); enter your truck nickname (optional), license plate number and state/province/territory; check the box on whether or not the Contestant is the owner of the vehicle and, if the Contestant is not the owner of the vehicle, enter the name of the driver; select the vehicle's year and make from drop-down menus; enter the vehicle's model; if tractor only, enter the tractor dimensions, or, if tractor/trailer, enter the overall dimensions of the tractor and trailer; enter the total mileage/kilometers, driver's CDL number, US DOT number or Canadian government equivalent for Canadian residents (if the driver does not have a US DOT number or Canadian government equivalent, then explain) and the number of miles/kilometers that the vehicle is driven per year; and click to agree to all of the following statements: “SOPUS Products reserves the right to request that you provide a copy of an ECM report to verify working truck eligibility” , “I certify that I have Comprehensive General Liability Insurance” and “I understand that by registering for this event I will be required to show proof of my original government issued vehicle registration card (or duplicate of original) as it will be required to compete” . The Contestant must then agree to these Official Rules and sign their complete name.

There are four (4) Truck Categories, five (5) Specialty Categories and two (2) Special Recognition Award Categories (each a “Judging Category”; collectively “Judging Categories”). The “Truck Categories” are: “Working Truck” (including Tractor Division, Tractor Trailer Division and Classic Division), “Specialized Working Truck”, “Working Show Truck” and “Non-Working Show Truck”. Contestants who participate in the Working Truck, Specialized Working Truck and Working Show Truck Category may also participate in the Specialty Categories, if so desired. The “Specialty Categories” are: “Best Interior”, “Best Chrome”, “Best Theme”, “Best Engine” and “Best Lights”. Non-Working Show Trucks are not eligible to compete in the Specialty Categories. The “Special Recognition Award Categories” are: “Virtual People’s Choice Award” and “Steve Sturgess Award”. Registration for the Virtual People’s Choice Award must be completed separately as outlined in Section 4.

All submissions must be completed online through the Registration site by no later than 4:00 PM CT on May 31, 2024. Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules are void.

NOTE: Contestants irrevocably waive all claims against Sponsor and Released Parties (as defined in Section 9) and agree that Sponsor will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest, the Prize elements awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the Contestant participating in the Contest and related activities (e.g., travel), wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Contestants fully understand that (a) the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and 4 there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any and all travel providers or those providing accommodations, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, participation in the Contest is subject to restrictions imposed by state/provincial, local and territorial governments including (but not limited to) testing requirements, vaccination requirements and/or documentation, stay-at-home orders, and quarantine requirements upon arrival (collectively, "Travel Rules"). By entering in the Contest, Contestants agree to comply with all applicable Travel Rules in the US, Canada, and each jurisdiction visited in connection with the Contest, including travel stopovers. Up-to-date Travel Rules, information and travel guidance, can be found at the applicable Office of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Health or at the US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. IF CONTESTANTS DO NOT FOLLOW APPLICABLE TRAVEL RULES, THEY MAY BE DENIED TRAVEL OR ENTRY IN ANOTHER JURISDICTION, THE CONSEQUENCES OF WHICH SHALL BE BORNE SOLELY BY THE CONTESTANTS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.

4. HOW TO REGISTER FOR VIRTUAL PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD: To register for the Virtual People’s Choice Award, during the People’s Choice Award Submission Period, using your smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access the Virtual People’s Choice Award registration website by entering https://super-rigs.mymilesmatter.com in your web browser and answer the question of whether or not you are a MyMilesMatter member. If the Contestant is a MyMilesMatter member, then they will be required to enter their login credentials. To complete registration for the Virtual People’s Choice Award, each Contestant must provide the following information on the Virtual People’s Choice Award registration website: enter the truck nickname (optional), license plate number, state/province/territory and feature notes (optional); check the box on whether or not the Contestant is the owner of the vehicle and, if the Contestant is not the owner of the vehicle, enter the name of the driver; select the vehicle's year and make from drop-down menus; enter the vehicle's model and total mileage/kilometers; upload a photo of the Contestant’s original government issued vehicle registration card (or duplicate of original) and odometer reading along with images of their vehicle in accordance with the “Submission Guidelines and Requirements” as set forth below; enter the number of miles/kilometers that the vehicle is driven per year; and click to agree to all of the following statements: “SOPUS Products reserves the right to request that you provide a copy of an ECM report to verify working truck eligibility”, “I certify that I have Comprehensive General Liability Insurance” and “I understand that by registering for this event I will be required to show proof of my original government issued vehicle registration card (or duplicate of original) as it will be required to compete”. The Contestant must then agree to these Official Rules and sign their complete name. A Contestant may post an image to their social media platform provided they use the hashtag #contest in any such post.

All submissions must be completed online through the Virtual People’s Choice Award registration website by no later than 4:00 PM CT on May 15, 2024. Limit one (1) vehicle per entry, including at least one (1) image of the vehicle and a total of no more than (10) images of the vehicle. Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules are void.

A. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:

NOTE: If any Submission fails to comply with any of these Submission Guidelines and Requirements or any other provisions of these Official Rules, Sponsor and/or its authorized representative reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify the Contestant and the Submission will not be eligible to win.

Each Contestant hereby grants to Sponsor and its affiliated companies and designated agents a non- exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, unconditional, fully paid license and right (a) to post and to make, have made, use, copy, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of any materials provided by the Contestant with the Contestant’s Submission or otherwise through the Contest (“Contest Materials”), (b) to publicly perform or display, import, broadcast, transmit, distribute (directly and indirectly), license, offer to sell and sell, rent, lease, or lend copies of the Constant’s Submission (and derivative works thereof), and (c) to sublicense to third parties the foregoing rights, including the right to sublicense to further third parties. Additionally, each Contestant consents to the use of the name, statements, photographs, videos, voice recordings and likenesses of themself and any other person 6 appearing in the Contest Materials for publicity purposes, as well as any other purpose associated with the Contest.

Ownership of Submission will remain with the Contestant. Once a Submission is entered into the Contest, any such posting will be deemed made at the direction of the Contestant within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Communications Decency Act. EACH CONTESTANT REPRESENTS, UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY WILL NOT BE PAID FOR OR RECEIVE ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION OR ROYALTY (OTHER THAN A PRIZE STATED HEREIN IF SELECTED AS A WINNER) IN EXCHANGE FOR GRANTING SPONSOR THE NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE RIGHTS OR FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT USE OF SUCH SUBMISSION BY SPONSOR. If requested, Contestant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Contestant is granting to use the Submission.

5. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS: Judging for all Truck Categories, Specialty Categories and the Steve Sturgess Award will take place in-person at the 2024 Shell Rotella® SuperRigs event that is scheduled to take place at Texas Motor Speedway, 3545 Lone Star Cir, Fort Worth, Texas 76177 on May 30, 2024 – June 1, 2024 during the following “Judging Hours”:

Judging for the Best Lights Specialty Category takes place on Friday, May 31, 2024 starting at 8:00 PM CT and ending at 10:00 PM CT.

All times listed are in local time zone, Central Time. During judging, a panel of qualified judges (“Judges”) will score each vehicle in each Truck Category (Working Truck, Specialized Working Truck, Working Show Truck and Non-Working Show Truck) and Truck Category division (if applicable) based on the following equally weighted criteria: appearance, design, detail/finish, originality, and workmanship on a scale of 1- 100 points for each criteria with the maximum score being 500 points. Please note that all Judges are volunteers and not paid for their time. Additionally, the scores assessed by any Contestant is a subjective score based solely on the Judges’ personal evaluations of that truck based on the appearance, design, detail/finish, originality and workmanship compared to other trucks competing in the same category. Decisions of the Judges and Sponsor are final and binding. If there is a tie, the Contestant with the highest score in “appearance” will be declared the winner.

The winner of the Virtual People’s Choice Award will be determined by popular vote during the Voting Period based on all eligible submissions during the People’s Choice Award Submission Period. Anyone who is a MyMilesMatter member can cast a vote for the Virtual People’s Choice Award by visiting https://www.mymilesmatter.com/superrigs/peopleschoice in the US and https://www.mymilesmatter.ca/superrigs/peopleschoice in Canada and following the instructions to cast their vote during the Voting Period. Limit one (1) vote per person per calendar day during the Voting Period. A calendar day begins at 12:00 AM CT and ends at 11:59 PM CT during the Voting Period. If a person votes for more than one (1) image per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, and logins, cheating or fraud, through a club or similar entity, or any other unauthorized methods, all of their votes may be disqualified. Votes received from any person or e-mail address or household in excess of this limitation will be void. Votes generated by script, BOT, macro or other automated means are void. Voting must be completed by the actual person casting the vote. A person may not vote on behalf of 7 another person. Subsequent votes during a calendar day by a single voter or e-mail address will be disqualified. Votes intended to impact the integrity of the voting process as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion are void. Payment or other consideration in exchange for votes is prohibited. Sponsor will count the votes and the vehicle with the most votes will be the potential winner of the Virtual People’s Choice Award. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the Judges.

The winner of the Steve Sturgess Award will be determined by Judges’ choice, based upon the sole discretion of the Judges.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a maximum of thirty-four (34) prizes (each a “Prize”; collectively, “Prizes”) will be awarded in connection with this Contest as set forth below.

NOTE: Contestants may win multiple Prizes. For example, a Contestant in the Working Truck Category could win Best of Show and Virtual People’s Choice Award or 1st Place Tractor Trailer Division, Best Lights and Virtual People’s Choice Award. All cash prizes listed above will be awarded in USD in the form of a check made payable to the Prize Winner (as defined in Section 7). Working Show Trucks and Non-Working Show Trucks are not eligible to win Best of Show Prizes.

A. The total ARV of all Prizes is $37,190.00 USD/$50,065.18 CAD. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a Prize will not be awarded. Prizes or Prize notifications that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will remain un-awarded.

B. All federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes payable in respect of a Prize are solely the responsibility of the confirmed Prize Winner. Prizes do not include any other item or cost, fee, and other expense not specified in these Official Rules, and any such expenses including but not limited to tax, title, commission, insurance, transportation costs and any other costs, fees, or expenses associated with accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Any valuation of a Prize stated above is in USD, based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were published, and the value of the Prize awarded may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. A Form 1099 in the amount of the total Prize value may be issued to a potential winner by Sponsor or its authorized representative if the total Prize value is $600 USD or more, and they must provide Sponsor or its authorized representative with their taxpayer identification number or social security number before any Prize will be awarded, if applicable. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a Prize will not be awarded.

C. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of a Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items of equal or greater value, if the Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, without liability. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.

Any depiction of a Prize or any element thereof in promotional and advertising materials in connection with this Contest is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual Prize awarded.

7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding. To be declared a “Prize Winner”, the potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. A potential winner is not a Prize Winner unless and until the potential winner’s eligibility has been confirmed and the potential winner has been notified that such verification is complete, and any necessary documentation has been properly submitted to Sponsor or its authorized representative.

On or around June 5, 2024 at or about 10:00 AM CT, each potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor or its authorized representative, in their sole discretion, via email and/or phone at the email address and/or telephone number provided by the Contestant to register in the Contest in order to notify them that they have been selected as a potential winner and to verify their eligibility. Each potential winner will have five (5) business days to respond to this notification. Potential winners must respond as instructed in the notification message. Contestants should regularly check their spam filters and voice mail messages to ensure they do not contain any Contest notifications. Failure to promptly respond to Sponsor’s notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) (“Declaration & Release”), within a time period specified by Sponsor before being declared a Prize Winner and receiving any Prize. Potential winners may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate potential winner in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 5 until a final winner is declared, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

For Canadian residents only: To be declared a Winner, each Potential Winner must answer correctly without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by email.

Each potential winner may waive the right to receive the Prize or must be able to accept the Prize as awarded in its entirety or not at all. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules of this Contest; declines to accept the Prize; or Sponsor or its authorized representative is unable to contact the potential winner within five (5) business days after the first notification attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, to an alternate potential winner. If a Prize or Prize notification is ignored, returned as unclaimed, or undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and/or its authorized representative shall not be responsible for failed attempts to notify a potential winner and no responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor and/or its authorized representative for any correspondence returned as undeliverable or any other problems associated with the attempt to notify a potential winner.

Each potential winner agrees to accept the Prize "as is", and Contestants hereby acknowledge that Contest Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a Prize supplier that are sent along with the Prize. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or Contest Entities to use a Prize Winner’s name, biographical information, opinions, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, MyMilesMatter Reward Miles will be automatically deposited in each Prize Winner’s member account and all other Prize items will be delivered by mail within sixty (60) days after winner verification is complete. No other delivery option will be available.

10. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: By participating in this Contest, each Contestant who is a legal resident of the US agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, the Prizes or any portion thereof, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court in Houston, Texas, as applicable, and such Contestant shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court in Houston, Texas over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with the Contest or these Official Rules; and (ii) in addition to the limitations in Section 8 of these Official Rules, any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Contestants and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas and federal laws applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law rules.

11. GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, rescind or modify this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. By entering in the Contest or accepting a Prize, Contestants and Prize Winners agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its authorized representative, which are final and binding in all matters and all respects relating to this Contest. Contestants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. This Contest is void outside of the US and Canada and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

12. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY: By participating in the Contest, each Contestant: (i) grants to Sponsor the right to use their name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting and announcing a Prize Winner; (ii) grants to the Sponsor the right to use their Personal Information for administrative, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose their Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) and (ii) above. Sponsor will use the Contestant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect the Contestant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: www.shell.us/privacy in the US and www.shell.ca/en_ca/privacy in Canada. Each Contestant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor is granted the right to publish each Prize Winner’s name in a Winners List in accordance with Section 13 of these Official Rules.

13. WINNERS LIST: The names of the Prize Winners will be posted online on or around August 1, 2024 at https://www.mymilesmatter.com/SuperRigs in the US and https://www.mymilesmatter.ca/SuperRigs in Canada.
